Can anyone provide a simple — SIMPLE! — guide to Independent Chip Management in tournament poker?
I’ve read several websites and even tried some software, and I just can’t get my head around this concept. When I ask on poker forums I just get pointed back to the websites again. Can someone explain it, or point me to a really good introductory site?

ICM is complicated, thee honestly is no easy way to explain it. IF it was easy then everyone would be crushing online SNGs. The best thing you can do is use pokerstove or similar software or but the 2+2 STT book
