What’s the player strategy for two card joker poker?

This is a table game at Resorts in Atlantic City. I can’t seem to find info about the house edge and best strategy. Any help out there? Thanks!
Call with Q5 or better. With optimal play, the house edge is 3.15% of the ante.
The "pair up" side bet has about the same house edge as the ante/call bet (but the exact edge varies by casino), so go ahead and bet it if you want.
