I think the chance your card will work at online poker site is 10%, cause most of the debit cards in USA dont allow transactions to gambling sites. You can play at USA welcome sites such as fulltilt poker, you can find more info about it here
As for the deposits and withdrawals- You can deposit with all access visa gift card, it doesnt have gambling filter, and withdraw with check. The checks are from 3rd party, doesnt show its from poker site.
