When ur at the end of a game and its just you and 1 opponent left, whats the best tips.

Cause usally im 2nd in texas holdem poker games, and its really fustrating me, even when im chip leader by far at the end i lose

As a very general strategy, play more hands and bet more often with nothing (bluff)

Also, play an opposite style of your opponent. If your opponent is being tight and just calling and folding a lot, make preflop raises about 90% of the time. A tight player is likely to re-raise if they have a legitimate hand, and then you can fold if necessary.

If your opponent is raising often and reraising, then you can get your feet wet once in a while but you should also be looking for spots to set a monster trap and win a big pot.

Don’t stress if you have less chips then your opponent heads up since there is usually plenty of situations where you can double up and make a comeback.

Well first if you are playing heads-up, don’t be tight. If you have a strong hand like A-K, A-Q, A-K etc dont slow play pre-flop instead make them pay to see the flop. Bluff more often because most of the time your opponent doesn’t hit the flop. Heads-up is more about reading your opponent and less about the cards. Get to know your opponents playing style. I can go on and on but that be too much to type

Heads up is a totally different animal to the rest of the game.

First off, you need to be in almost every hand.

You should only be folding hands like 72, 53, 42, 83, 93, 62. Real junk hands. Almost any other hand is playable. If both your cards are higher than a 4, play them. Hardly ever fold.

If you have a face card, raise the pot. Continuation bet at least 50% of flops.

Be highly aggressive and unpredictable. That’s the key to heads up play. Obviously practice and study.

Practice heads up sit n goes.. all sites have ‘em.. like these other guys said be aggressive.. be aggressive.. half of the hands you will win just by odds.. win another 1/4 by aggressive betting. If your opponent goes all in on ya.. fold unless ya got de nuts..
