I think I know what you are asking, but I’m not sure you worded it well…
If two players have two pair, whichever is highest of the four pairs in play wins, i.e. KK332 is better than QQJJ2.
For Full house, the three of a kind is looked at first, i.e. AAA77 beats KKK99, also AAA99 beats AAA88.
For a flush, the highest of the suited card wins, i.e. (all spades) A7632 beats (all spades) KQJ93 because the A of spades equals the best flush.
I hope I understand your question and was able to help.

If by "what is the difference between kind and suit" you mean what is the difference between 4 of a kind and the 5 of one suit (what you need for a flush) this means that in four of a kind you need four cards of the same number no matter what the suit is. The suit is the type of card (the picture on the card other than the number) the suits are spades, hearts, clubs and diamonds. In example, 4 of a kind can be 5 of hearts, 5 of spades, 5 of clubs, 5 of diamonds or 3 of diamonds, 3 of clubs, 3 of spades, 3 of clubs, it doesn’t matter so long as they are all the same numerical value. For the flush you need 5 cards of the same suit no matter what the number is, examples are 4 of clubs, jack of clubs, two of clubs, nine of clubs and 7 of clubs. Or ten of diamonds, queen of diamonds, three of diamonds, ace of diamonds, 5 of diamonds.
